Production: exclusively produced by distilling the marc of Nebbiolo da Barolo and then carefully aged in oak barrels.

Marc: originate from areas where born Barolo such as: Barolo, Monforte d’Alba, Grinzane Cavour, Serralunga d’Alba, Castiglione Falletto.

Visual characteristics: intense bronze color, due to the permanence of grappa in cherry wood barrels.
Organoleptic characteristics: hints ripe fruit, undergrowth, the flavor is full-bodied, warm and enveloping.
Production: exclusively produced by distilling the marc of Nebbiolo from Barolo and then carefully aged in cherry wood barriques.
Marc: originate from areas where born Barolo such as: Barolo, Monforte d’Alba, Grinzane Cavour, Serralunga d’Alba, Castiglione Falletto.

Visual characteristics: some of our single wine-grape grappe have a straw color which is due to stay longer or shorter in oak barrels.

Our aged grappa are:
Moscato aged 5 years in oak barrels
Nebbiolo aged 5 years in oak barrels
Dolcetto aged 3 years in oak barrels
Barbera aged 3 years in oak barrels
Brachetto aged 2 years in oak barrels
Grignolino aged 2 years in oak barrels
Pinot aged 2 years in oak barrelse
Cortese aged 2 years in oak barrels
The Grappa that are not aged are:  Arneis, Chardonnay, Moscato, Malvasia.

Organoleptic characteristics: flavor that reminds incredibly Barbera with hints of hazelnut.
Production: exclusively produced by distilling the marc of Barbera di Costigliole d’Asti.
Marc: are of Barbera and come exclusively from Costigliole d’Asti that has over 600 cellars.

Visual characteristics: pale yellow color due to a shor permanence in oak barrels.
Organoleptic characteristics: the flavour and scents of this grappa are very special because it is obtained by distilling together Moscato and Nebbiolo marc, so it has soft and aromatic hints of Moscato Grappa but also the structure and strength of the Nebbiolo Grappa .
Production: produced by distilling together marc of Moscato and Nebbiolo.

Grappa 40° invecchiata
Visual characteristics: pale yellow color typical of long aging in oak barrels.

: come from adjacent areas to our distillery such as: Monferrato, Roero e Langhe.

Visual characteristics: alcune delle nostre grappe di monovitigno hanno un colore paglierino che è dovuto alla permanenza più o meno lunga nelle botti di rovere.
Organoleptic characteristics:tipico del vitigno da cui deriva la grappa.
Production: prodotta distillando solamente le vinacce da ogni singolo monovitigno.
Marc: provengono dalle zone limitrofe alla nostra distilleria quali: Monferrato, Roero e Langhe.
